We are so thankful to have nominations in three different catagories for Southern Gospel Music's 'Diamond Awards.'  We have made it to the top ten nominees and we are headed to the next round of voting.  This is so incredibly God in every way... I haven't even been officially in the industry one year yet and already our fan base has grown and we are hearing from so many of you!  We appreciate your prayers and support and for playing our music and helping us to get the word out....  BTW, if you haven't voted yet go here to register to vote http://www.sgnscoops.com/2012-diamond-awards/

Just got back from our annual ministry event in Chennai, India.  Again, as always awesome. One of my highlights of this trip is the 'Outpouring Band,' these gys do such an awesome job leading worship, they have totally given their talents to God, and it is very evident. We got to work together twice last week and what an honor it was... before that, as our team was leaving the states I was contacted by the Country & Inspirational Assoc. it seems that we were granted the 2012, up and coming gospel song writer!!! How sweet!  I am thankful to the Lord for every opportunity He grants us to share His love- whether its through a word or a song... we are blessed.

Friends and fans... If you've been following me at all on here, you will note that I am trying to be a lot more consistent with keeping everyone up to date as to where we are and what we are doing....  so, how am I doing so far?!:)   Anyway, it's been a great month and we are in the home stretch now, heading for a very busy few weeks here...  As we get ready for some more concert dates and a Spring/ Summer tour, we are also in the pre-stages of preparing more music for another work this fall.  In the short view, just after the Gospel music fanfare in East Tennessee, in just another week and a half we will be traveling to the other side of the world for our annual missions trip to south India... This is always a great time of music, ministry and friends...

Just learned at the beginning of this week that I was awarded by the American Country Inspirational Association 'Most promising new gospel songwriter.'  That was very kind of them and I am soooo excited about how God has been using my music to reach people!  We've recieved many emails and reports from all over America!  Remember, our new song on the radio is 'THE HOLY HILLS,' by David Bryan & Song of David... ask your local gospel music station for it if you don't hear it already, and if you have XM radio you can hear me on Enlighten....  Have a great Spring weekend!

It's been a very eventful Spring here @ db& co.  We've been from one end of the country to the other, had some great concerts and worship experiences, met a lot of great friends, and walked through some exciting new doors of ministry!!!  The week began Sunday with my award for male vocalist 2012 'New Gospel' with NACMAI.  Sweet folks and very encouraging!  Then Tuesday of this week we began the release of my new single 'The Holy Hills.'  This is one of my favorite Dottie Rambo songs and my arrangment of it has recieved some great review... so i am excited to see how it will do on radio!:)  Thanks to all my friends and fans.... keep in touch...  db
